Children

Children under 12 years of age stay free of charge. This is valid for one child per room, using existing facilities.

Transfers

• Transfer from / to Sam Ratulangi International Airport : IDR 375,000 one-way per car, max. 3 persons.
• Transfer from / to Manado city area : IDR 350,000 one-way per car, max. 3 persons.
• Different rates apply for other destinations. Please enquire.
• Please note: For pick-ups and transfers between 6pm and 7am there is an extra fee of IDR 150,000 per car.
• Also note: The area around Manado and especially our Minahasa highland is predominantly Christian. Finding drivers during the most important holidays (Good Friday, Easter, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year and the day after) can be difficult and there is an extra fee of IDR 200,000 for each transfer on these days. We recommend not to travel or do tours on these days.

 

Booking & Payments

• In order to secure your booking a deposit via Paypal is required. Alternatively you can make the deposit by bank transfer, or via WISE.
• For payments at the resort credit cards (VISA, Master) are accepted (3% surcharge).
• Payment is also possible in EUR, USD, AUD and SGD, at the actual bank exchange rate on the day of payment. For payments in any foreign currencies please bring new notes. All notes have to be clean, without stamp, ink, scratch, etc. – otherwise they won’t be accepted by Indonesian banks.
• ATMs are available in Tomohon.
